SES Masters Thesis in Power System Engineering got INAE Innovative Students Project Award 2017

Shreyasi Som, graduated masters program in Power System Engineering in 2017, has been selected for the “Innovative Student Projects Award 2017” from Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE).

The Indian National Academy of Engineering instituted the “Innovative Student Projects Award since  1998, to identify innovative and creative research projects undertaken by the students and scholars in the engineering institutions, and to give an early recognition and incentives to them. The Academy firmly believes that an early recognition of merit and talent is important which can mark the beginning of a brilliant career.

Shreyasi carried out research on “LOW VOLTAGE DC MICRO-GRID PROTECTION” under the supervision of Dr S R Samantaray.

She will receive a cash award of Rs 10000 and a citation from INAE.
