Prof. R. V. Raja Kumar, Professor, Department of Electronics & Electrical Communications, IIT Kharagpur has joined as Director, IIT Bhubaneswar with effect from 22nd April 2015. Prof. Raja Kumar was earlier the first Vice-Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), Hyderabad.
