Prof S R Samantaray joins IEEE Task Force on IEEE Task Force on Big Data Analytics for Synchro-Waveform Measurements under IEEE PES Committee on Analytic Methods for Power Systems (AMPS). This Task Force will focus on promoting data analytics methods and applications of high-resolution waveform and synchro-waveform measurements in power systems, facilitating the industry's acceptance of this new data-intensive technology, identifying challenges and opportunities, and encouraging academic and industry collaborations.
