Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar will celebrate its 14th Foundation Day on 12th February 2022. Dr. Rajagopala Chidambaram, DAE Homi Bhabha Chair Professor, Principal Scientific Adviser to Government of India (2002 – 2018), Chairman, Atomic Energy Commission & Secretary, Department of Atomic Energy (1993 – 2000) will be gracing the occasion as Chief Guest via online and delivering the Foundation Day lecture on "Achievements in Indian Science & Technology: Raman Effect to Nuclear Power". Prof. Dhanush Dhari Misra, Former Chairman BOG, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad has also consented to be the Guest of Honour on the occasion. The event will be presided over by Prof. R.V. Raja Kumar, Director, IIT Bhubaneswar.
