Biosketch

Debasree has done her bachelors in civil engineering and masters in environmental engineering. She has completed her doctoral study in Waste segregation and treatment using Black Soldier Fly Larvae (BSFL). Her research interest is waste management, faecal sludge management, sanitation and black soldier fly larvae. Before joining  Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar, she was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions postdoctoral fellow at Nord University, Norway. She is a Heartfulness meditation practicioner.
