ICMOCE 2023 Best Paper Award

ICMOCE 2023 will confer the Best Paper Award to recognize the author(s) who present at the conferences an exceptional paper in terms of content and impact. The ICMOCE technical committee will consider submissions from interested authors and evaluate them based on their originality, creativity and timeliness.

Interested authors are encouraged to apply after reviewing the eligibility criteria and deadlines as presented below:

Eligibility: 

1. The paper must be accepted for oral presentation after peer review process.
2. The interested author must email a short biographical sketch and research activity summary together with the paper ID to icmoce2023@iitbba.ac.in with subject ICMOCE2023 Award by the deadline of May 1, 2023 (01.05.2023).
3. The interested author must have completed the ICMOCE conference registration by the date of May 1, 2023 (01.05.2023).
4. The author(s) of the paper must be young scientists aged not more than thirty-five as of May 1, 2023.

Award: 

A certificate and a prize of ₹25,000 will be awarded to the young scientist who has authored the best paper. In case of eligible coauthors who are registered participants at ICMOCE 2023, each awardee will receive a certificate and the cash award will be shared equally among them. The award announcement and presentation are made at the ICMOCE 2023 Award Ceremony on May 27, 2023. All interested authors are expected to attend the ceremony.

ICMOCE 2023 Best Student Paper Awards

ICMOCE 2023 will award four (4) best student papers presented at the four tracks of the conference. The purpose is to recognize the contribution of student research in the domains of microwave, optical, communication and biosensing. The ICMOCE technical committee will consider the submissions from student authors and evaluate them based on their originality, creativity and timeliness.

Eligibility: 

1. The paper must be accepted for oral presentation after peer review process.
2. The student author must have completed the ICMOCE conference registration by the date of May 1, 2023 (01.05.2023).
3. The primary author of the paper must be a full time student at a recognized University/Institute as of May 1, 2023.

Award: 

A certificate and a prize of ₹10,000 will be awarded to the student who has authored the best paper. In case of eligible student coauthors who are registered participants at ICMOCE 2023, each awardee will receive a certificate and the cash award will be shared equally among them. The award announcement and presentation are made at the ICMOCE 2023 Award Ceremony on May 27, 2023. All interested student authors are expected to attend the ceremony.
