Biosketch

Dr. Shubham Kalore is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar. His research interests lie in pavement engineering, geosynthetics, and ground improvement. He is particularly focused on developing sustainable and high-performance pavement systems.

Before joining IIT Bhubaneswar, Dr. Kalore worked as Technical Manager at Zydex Industries Pvt Ltd, Vadodara. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, where he was a co-investigator on sponsored projects related to use of geosynthetics in pavemsubsurface drainage and pavement performance.

Dr. Kalore has received several prestigious awards, including the IGS-Prof. Leonard’s Annual Award, the T.S. Nagaraj Memorial Research Award, and the Prime Minister’s Fellowship for Doctoral Research.
