AR VR Hackathon

• Two level competition: Online and offline round at IIT Bhubaneswar
• Online round will be for Screening of best Proposals in the areas of AR/VR
• Offline round to be organized at IIT Bhubaneswar (on April 9th-10th, 2021)
• Opportunity to associate with the VARCoE CoE

Startup Colloquium

The Start-Up colloquies will present a great opportunity to:

• Present business proposition to companies, public administrations and private investors
• Networking opportunities
• Interact with new technological partners
• Find potential investors
• Opportunity to work in the VARCoE CoE as startup
• Opportunity to get seed funding from VARCoE to a tune upto INR Five Lakhs to work in VARCoE, IIT Bhubaneswar

Participation

• Each team can consist of max upto 4 participants
• Each team would suggest a project proposal in the area of AR/VR in the online round of the competition
• The teams would arrange their own laptops along with the software and the hardware for the offline mode at IIT Bhubaneswar Exhibits on the theme of AR/VR are also welcome

Registration & Awards

• Registration fee of Rs.500/- and a project proposal required for each team to participate
• All the participants would get a e-certificate. The first, second, and third placed teams IN THE hackathon would be awarded with cash prize of Rs. 50,000/-, Rs. 30,000/- and Rs. 20,000/-, respectively and also a few consolation prizes are there.
• 3rd AC Fare on shortest route will be reimbursed on submission of train tickets to two members of each of the shortlisted team of hackathon for presenting their proposals at IIT Bhubaneswar during the event.
