Objective
The primary goal of APCE-2013 is to attract the attention of young researchers towards the advances and challenges in the field of photonic networks and communication engineering. The summer school will provide the participants a unique opportunity to interact with eminent academicians, scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs from different national laboratories, research centers and industries. The 3-day summer school has been meticulously planned to provide a balanced coverage of all the major aspects of photonic networks and communication engineering through a series of invited talks interleaved with hands on practice on advanced simulation tools The following broad technical topics will be covered in the summer school.
